All the models of our SIG Mechanical Series range have standardized groups and increased machine features so that they can be adapted for any kind of filling system or fitment.
After evaluating the product characteristics and the application, our Engineering Department recommends the most suitable dosing unit. The SIG Mechanical Series machines are equipped with two filling stations that enable to fill more than one product into the same pouch.
SIG machines are equipped for the insertion of straws, of spouts or zippers in the pouches.
Vertical sealing group equipped with motorized adjustment for size, through an intuitive touch screen. By so doing, the Sealing jaws temperature can be individually controlled.
Top sealing and cooling groups with 180º folding hinge for easy cleaning. Sealing jaws adjustments are not required during the change of the sealing bars. Removable walking beam allows a fast format change over.

SIG Mechanical Series P-1400
SIG Mechanical Series P-1400 forms and fills pouches within a range from 50 x 60 mm. to 140 x 230 mm. It can reach an output of 200 pouches per minute and fill up to 750 cc of product.
SIG Mechanical Series P-2000
Bossar machine BMK 2000 forms and fills pouches within a range from 60 x 60 mm. to 200 x 300 mm. It can reach an output of 180 pouches per minute and fill up to 1,500 cc of product.
SIG Mechanical Series P-2600
Bossar model BMK 2600 forms and fills pouches within a range from 80 x 80 mm. to 260 x 300 mm. It can reach an output of 160 pouches per minute and fill up to 2,500 cc of product in simplex and 500 cc in duplex.
