High Speed Sachet machines
In this new range of full servo machines, SIG remains faithful to the technical characteristics that differentiate its machines in the packaging industry.
Due to its design and features, the SIG High-Speed Sachet machine is naturally more oriented to the pharmaceutical and cosmetic markets. The internal drives and servo motors are completely isolated from the outside, thus avoiding contact with any type of product.

Low maintenance costs: Because the SIG High-Speed Sachet Series do not require oils or greases, the maintenance time in these equipment types is considerably reduced.

The modular structure of the machine design allows, to configure the equipment to produce sachets in presentations in duplex, triplex or quadruplex execution, all according to customer requirements.
Vertical sealing group equipped with motorized adjustment for size, through an intuitive touch screen. By so doing, the Sealing jaws temperature can be individually controlled.
Top sealing and cooling groups with 180º folding hinge for easy cleaning. Sealing jaws adjustments are not required during the change of the sealing bars. Removable walking beam allows a fast format change over.

Transport. Walking Beam
Traditional walking beam transport system consisting of beams and grippers. They hold the pouches and transport them through the diferent stations, from the pouch forming to the pouch closing.
Mirror Machine Option
The machines can be designed in a mirroring position, so that less operators are required to carry out the production.
